Current UC Santa Cruz students
At any time, you may view your student conduct records by logging into our Advocate conduct database using your university credentials.

Former UC Santa Cruz students
Third-Party Record Release
To authorize the release of your conduct records:
- Complete the Records Release Form
- Submit the signed form via email to conduct@ucsc.edu
Personal Record Release
To access your own student conduct records:
- Email your request to conduct@ucsc.edu
- Include in your message
- Your full name (and any prior names used while enrolled)
- Your student ID number and dates of attendance
- The specific records or information you are requesting
